Travel/Lodging Assistance

For those who wish to attend selected SRCAC trainings, SRCAC will provide travel and lodging assistance. Participants must be located within the Southern region to receive assistance. To receive travel assistance and/or lodging reimbursement, please see the following two sections for guidelines and instructions.

Travel Assistance

SRCAC provides assistance to child abuse professionals who are associated with an existing or developing CAC located within the Southern region and would like to continue their professional development. The travel assistance outlined here pertains to SRCAC trainings delivered in Huntsville as well as the LEC project from Northeast Regional CAC.

Lodging Assistance

In addition to travel reimbursement, SRCAC provides lodging assistance to child abuse professionals associated with an existing or developing CAC located within the Southern region. The lodging assistance outlined here pertains to SRCAC trainings delivered at the NCAC Training Center in Huntsville as well as the LEC project from Northeast Regional CAC.

Reimbursement requests and documentation must be submitted within two weeks of completion of the training.

All reimbursements will be made payable and mailed directly to your CAC within 3-4 weeks.
