Hannah Gibson is the Program Manager for Chapter Development at Southern Regional CAC. Hannah is an experienced strategist, facilitator, and leader. Driven by a deep commitment to protecting childhood and supporting CAC professionals, she takes pride in helping leaders grow and building collaborative programs that strengthen organizations. After serving in clinical leadership at the Center for Child Protection, where she developed an internship program that expanded access to therapy services while cultivating future CAC professionals, she brought her passion for systems development and prevention to Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas. There, she led statewide initiatives that advanced multidisciplinary practice, child safeguarding, and innovative approaches to prevention. Fueled by empathy for survivors, compassion for service providers, and a lifelong desire to learn, Hannah partners with State Chapters across the Southern Region to strengthen leadership and support sustainable growth across the CAC movement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, finding any opportunity for live music and dancing, and never passes up the chance to enjoy great tacos.
