Building MDT Connections

Southern Regional CAC is pleased to offer Building MDT Connections. The Building MDT Connections community of practice supports Chapter staff as they design and deliver programming for multidisciplinary teams and MDT leaders in their states.

Participation Structure

Participants will engage in a monthly 90-minute virtual meetings for the duration of the program.

Purpose 

Building MDT Connections showcases Chapters’ MDT-focused initiatives, offers opportunities for peer consultation and connection, and invites the sharing of ideas and resources for innovative MDT programming across the Southern region.

Who Should Participate

Chapter staff who support local MDTs and MDT facilitators/coordinators in their states (within the Southern Region).
