CAC Management is a 3-day training held at the NCAC Training Center in Huntsville and is designed for Executive Directors and other leadership positions who have primary responsibility for the daily operations of a Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC). It is a unique opportunity to not only hear from professionals who have worked in all capacities within CACs and levels of the CAC movement but also from those who can provide experienced insight into administrative issues, such as legal liability, human resources, and risk management, commonly encountered by CACs. The purpose of this training is for registrants to learn about all the key business aspects of managing a successful CAC and to meet and network with other CAC directors who can serve as additional resources and support after the training.
